Which product is right for my routine?
Genuwell® supports joint health and mobility. Memowell® is designed for cognitive health, memory, and focus. Strowell® supports cognitive function, mental performance, stress resilience, and brain and eye health. Read the individual product page and label to compare their formulations.
How many capsules are in a bottle?
Each bottle contains 90 capsules. At the labelled suggested use of one capsule three times daily, that is approximately a 30-day supply. Follow the instructions and age guidance for your chosen product.
Can I take the products together?
Do not assume the products should be combined. Ask a healthcare professional to review your needs, medicines, and the ingredients before combining supplements.
Can supplements replace treatment?
No. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. They do not replace prescribed medicines or professional care. Speak with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the UAE and to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. UAE standard delivery is AED 25 and free on orders of AED 1,000 or more, with a current estimate of 3–5 business days. GCC standard shipping is AED 100; a delivery estimate is not yet confirmed.
Can I return my order?
You can request an eligible return of unopened, sealed bottles within 14 days of receipt. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the conditions and help with damaged or incorrect orders.
How do I contact you?
Email sales@kondor.ae. For order enquiries, include your order number. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information by email; personal health questions should be discussed with your healthcare professional.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept bank transfer only. After placing your order, email sales@kondor.ae or WhatsApp us with your order number for payment instructions. Your order stays pending payment and is dispatched only after funds are received and verified. Card and PayPal payments are not currently available.
