Prices and orders
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The checkout displays the applicable product price, delivery charge, and taxes before you place an order. Please check your items, quantities, contact details, and delivery address carefully.
We will contact you if a stock, payment, address, or pricing issue prevents us from fulfilling your order. If we cannot fulfil an order for which you have paid, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
Payments and dispatch
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank-transfer payments must be received and verified before dispatch. Do not send card details by email or through the contact form.
Delivery, changes, and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains the current destinations, rates, and estimates. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact sales@kondor.ae promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we will confirm what is possible based on its fulfilment status.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligible 14-day returns of unopened, sealed bottles and assistance with damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
