You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Bottles must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seal intact. Keep your proof of purchase.

Return delivery costs
Customers pay shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Use a tracked service. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires it. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.
Refunds
We will confirm receipt and review your return. Approved refunds use the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on the provider. Bank-transfer refunds require verified account details.
Opened bottles are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not affect mandatory rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
